Rampant TV is the UK's finest purveyor of filth. So the logo redesign needed to be something bold and versatile to enable the brand to cement its position as a leader in an industry that doesn't really care for good design. The last logo wasn't particularly easy to read so a large emphasis was put on visibility for easy recognition. With Rampant TV being a completely digital business, the logo would have to be suitable for many devices. Therefore, as on smaller devices where text is replaced with icons to save space, I believed this to be the best option for Rampant. So the logo takes on three forms. Text and icon together, text separately and icon separately. The text is bold and confident and the icon follows suit but can be used as shorthand for the brand. Both are very versatile and work equally well apart or together, as a stand alone image or as part of logo system for wider branding.
